The fee for legal assistance is determined individually, as it depends on the complexity of the matter, the volume of documents, the duration of the work, and its urgency

The agreed amount is set forth in the agreement and may be changed only by mutual consent of the parties

Payment Options for Legal Services

The payment arrangement is determined based on the nature of the engagement, the anticipated scope of work, and the duration of legal support

The terms, payment procedure, and amount of the fee are agreed with the client before services begin

Hourly Fee
The standard rate is UAH 2,000 per hour of an attorney’s work. If an engagement requires more than 10 hours of work, a 25% discount applies to the hourly rate. All time spent directly or indirectly working on the matter is taken into account.
Fixed Fee
The fee may be agreed for the entire matter, a specific stage of work, or a calendar month of legal support. The amount is calculated based on the anticipated scope of work and does not depend on the actual time spent by the attorney.
Retainer
This arrangement is intended for ongoing legal support of corporate clients under a long-term agreement. The fee is charged monthly and covers the scope of legal services agreed upon by the parties for the applicable period.
